Halloween Witch Hats Recalled Due to Fire Hazard

(WHTM)– Claire’s and Icing stores have recalled Halloween witch hats because they violate federal flammability requirements.

According to the CPSC, customers who have already purchased the hats at Claire’s of Icing stores are eligible for a refund. More than 5,700 were sold in the county and another 450 in Canada.

The hats were sold from July through December for $15.
