(Bloomberg) — Ukrainian diplomat Andrii Sybiha is expected to replace Dmytro Kuleba as foreign minister as Volodymyr Zelensky reshuffles the government, according to a source familiar with the president’s thinking.

Kuleba, who resigned on Wednesday, will now focus on strengthening Ukraine’s ties with NATO as the war-torn country seeks membership, said the person, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the information is not public.
Sybiha, who currently serves as Kuleba’s first deputy at the Foreign Ministry, is known as a skilled diplomat. He was Ukraine’s ambassador to Turkey and Zelenskiy’s deputy chief of staff before joining the ministry this year.
