The Israeli military confirmed on Tuesday that the last missing person from the October 7 attacks has died.

According to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), the family of Bilha Yinon, who was officially listed as missing, was informed that she had been killed in the massacres by Hamas militants and other extremists.

According to the IDF, an extensive search was conducted for her, but forensic evidence found in her home proves she is deceased.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry reported that the 76-year-old woman was killed on October 7 along with her husband Yaakov.

Hamas militants used paragliders to invade the agricultural cooperative compound in southern Israel where Yinon lived with her husband. According to the Times of Israel, her home was burned down.

On October 7, about 1,200 people, mostly civilians, were killed and about 250 people were taken hostage and transferred to Gaza.
