The Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), an alliance of independent hotel brands, has added four new hotel brands, expanding its portfolio to 32 additional properties.
This move offers members of the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty program a wider choice of distinctive destinations and accommodation experiences, BW Hotelier reported.
The four newly added brands are Unike Hotels in Norway, Andronis in Greece, Paramount Hotels in the UAE and Sunway Hotels & Resorts in Malaysia.
Paramount Hotels introduces a touch of Hollywood cinema experiences to the GHA DISCOVERY programme, with two signature hotels including Paramount Hotel Dubai and Paramount Hotel Midtown, both located in Dubai’s Business Bay district.
These properties are designed to offer luxurious, movie-inspired stays, complete with themed suites and dining options.
The Andronis Collection from Greece adds a boutique collection to the alliance of exclusive hotels on the Aegean islands of Santorini and Paros.
Santorini’s flagship hotel Andronis Luxury Suites offers a limited number of cliff-view villas and suites, further enhancing the luxury of the GHA.
Norway’s Unike Hotels adds a Scandinavian touch to GHA’s diverse portfolio.
Meanwhile, Sunway Hotels & Resorts, part of Malaysia’s Sunway Group, is expanding GHA’s presence in Southeast Asia with 11 hotels.
These hotels and resorts, spread across Malaysia, Cambodia and Vietnam, are equipped with a wide range of guest amenities, providing GHA DISCOVERY members with more choice in the Asian tourist market.
BW Hotelier quoted GHA CEO Chris Hartley as saying: “The addition of these four regional independent hotel brands offers our 28 million GHA DISCOVERY members an even greater choice of unique destination experiences.
