PERU, NY – The Christopher Garrow Memorial kicks off this weekend with a number of events, fun and ways people can help give back to a great memorial fund.
Chris was a NY State Trooper who lost his battle with cancer in June 2023. He was a Peruvian athlete and college graduate who now helps give back to his school and community.
The Peruvian Student Council, which includes his daughter Maggie, helps bring this event to life.

The full list of events this weekend starts with boys and girls soccer on Friday evening. Police will then face off against Peru alumni in flag football matches starting Saturday morning. That will then lead to the varsity tackle football game at 1:30 p.m. All these events will take place at the Peruvian high school.
