Four men have been arrested in Germany after a fatal attack on an asylum seeker in the Netherlands, German police said Tuesday.
The men are suspected of assaulting a 23-year-old man from Somalia in The Hague in July.
The suspects, aged between 19 and 23, live in Germany and were arrested near the western city of Wuppertal.
The Dutch Public Prosecution Service has requested their extradition.
The Somali man lived in a shelter for asylum seekers. On the night of July 21, an argument between him and four men in a bar in The Hague led to the fatal confrontation.
The man died shortly afterwards in hospital.
No details have been released about how the attack unfolded or what the possible motive was.
