After the great success of adding gold And silver bars and coins to its product list, Costco has added a new precious metal to its stores: platinum.
The wholesaler is selling a 1-ounce platinum bar on its website, as well as a 1-ounce platinum Canada Maple Leaf coin, both listed for $1,089.99. According to Yahoo Finance, the products carry a markup of approximately $94.
The bars are Swiss made and consist of 999.5% pure platinum, Costco said.
